- You may not create accounts using another person’s identity or information.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and email account.

5. Rewards
Rewards are based on verified participation and are not guaranteed. Reward amounts, eligibility rules, campaign availability, approval requirements, and distribution methods may change.
A dashboard balance is an internal platform record and may not represent tokens already transferred to an on-chain wallet.
6. Withdrawals and Claims

- Tasqium may delay, reject, investigate, or cancel a request involving suspected fraud, error, sanctions risk, legal restrictions, abuse, or insufficient information.
7. Referral Program
Referral rewards may be available under published eligibility rules. Self-referrals, fake registrations, duplicate accounts, automated accounts, coordinated abuse, and other manipulation are prohibited.
Tasqium may invalidate abusive referrals and reverse related rewards.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, storage, administrative systems, contracts, or infrastructure.
- Introducing malware, phishing content, harmful links, exploits, or deceptive downloads.
- Manipulating tasks, submissions, transactions, rewards, referrals, rankings, withdrawals, or platform statistics.
- Harassing users, impersonating Tasqium, or making false representations about partnerships, listings, returns, or official status.
- Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, disrupting, or bypassing platform protections without written authorization.
9. Account Enforcement
Tasqium may restrict, suspend, ban, investigate, or close accounts where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect platform integrity.
Pending tasks, rewards, referrals, withdrawals, or claims may be withheld while an account is under investigation.
10. Intellectual Property
Tasqium branding, software, designs, text, graphics, databases, and platform materials are owned by Tasqium or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit, but grant Tasqium permission to process, store, review, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the platform.
11. Third-Party Services
Tasqium may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, wallet, blockchain, social-media, and communication services. Tasqium does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for their independent actions or availability.
12. No Investment Relationship
Tasqium is a participation and reward platform. Nothing provided through Tasqium creates a brokerage, fiduciary, advisory, banking, employment, or guaranteed-income relationship.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasqium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or speculative losses arising from token volatility, wallet compromise, user error, third-party failure, blockchain congestion, irreversible transactions, service interruption, unauthorized access, or lost opportunities.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs resulting from your unlawful use of Tasqium, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent activity.
15. Changes and Availability
Tasqium may modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue features, rewards, campaigns, limits, token utilities, or services. Roadmap statements are plans, not guaranteed delivery commitments.
