- Authentication information managed through our authentication provider. Tasqium does not store your plain-text password.
- Task and campaign activity, including completed tasks, submitted proof, approval status, rejection reasons, rewards, achievements, and XP.
- Wallet and withdrawal information, including public wallet addresses, requested amounts, transaction references, and withdrawal status.
- Referral information, including referral codes, referrer and referred-user identifiers, and referral reward records.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access time, diagnostic data, and security logs.
- Communications you send to Tasqium, including support messages and reports.
3. How We Use Information
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Authenticate users and protect account access.
- Provide tasks, campaigns, rewards, referrals, leaderboards, notifications, and withdrawals.
- Review proof submissions and detect duplicate, false, automated, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Process reward and withdrawal decisions.

4. Legal Bases

5. Proof Submissions
Do not upload proof containing passwords, private keys, seed phrases, financial account credentials, government identification, private conversations, or unnecessary personal information.
Proof may be reviewed by authorized administrators to determine whether task requirements were completed.
6. Blockchain Information
Public wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may be visible permanently on public blockchain networks. Tasqium cannot delete, reverse, or conceal information already recorded on a public blockchain.
7. Sharing of Information
Tasqium may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, security, email delivery, blockchain functionality, or customer support.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users or the platform, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or respond to lawful requests.
Tasqium does not sell private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or personal data. Tasqium will never request a private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase.
8. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, audit requirements, legal obligations, and enforcement of platform rules.
Some transaction, moderation, audit, and blockchain records may need to remain available after an account is closed.
9. Security
Tasqium uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no online system, database, wallet, or blockchain service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, device, wallet, private key, seed phrase, and recovery information.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal information.
Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, audits, or blockchain integrity.
11. International Processing
Tasqium and its service providers may process information in countries outside your location. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable law.
12. Children
Tasqium is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to enter binding agreements or participate in blockchain-related services in their jurisdiction.
